When my wife and I first signed up at FGF for the 6 week challenge, I had a goal of losing 30 lbs, but was shooting for 15-20 lbs realistically. I was beyond happy with my results of losing 32 lbs in that 6 week time. The smaller group setting motivates and encourages you to constantly push yourself through every workout, no matter what your personal goals are. My wife never thought she would see her ab muscles again after having 2 kids but, after 6 weeks, there they were! Sean and the whole staff at the gym are more than welcoming. No matter your skill level or fitness and nutrition goals, they will only help make the process easier and quicker to achieve. My wife and I both were skeptical and weren't sure about the nutrition plan at first, but with the help of Sean and Liane, we never went hungry and even found some ways to still have fun in Vegas without drinking all of our calories! We now look forward to working out, instead of dreading it. I highly recommend stopping in to try a free workout, you won't be disappointed!
